What is the estimated delivery time?
Products are typically dispatched within 7-15 days of order confirmation depending on your destination and services related to the product shall be provided after the delivery of the product. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.
All the products are transported and delivered using Luxurycraft partner delivery network.
While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry.
Do you have door delivery on higher floors
The delivery person will deliver the goods to your building premises or wherever it is physically possible to deliver the goods. For higher floors, we are not equipped to deliver the goods to your door step. You are requested to arrange for your own labourers/ manpower to get the big products to the higher floor. The responsibility of our logistics partners to deliver the large products is restricted to the ground floor or maximum first floor of the building.
Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
We charge for shipments in certain pin codes. Any additional charges like Octroi, entry taxes shall be borne by us . When you enter a pin-code in the address field while ordering a product, the system will indicate whether we charge for shipments to your pin-code or not.
However, if in certain exceptional cases, we agree to deliver the products in non-serviceable pin-codes, we may deliver the product at your doorstep.
Holding Cost or Delayed Delivery Charges
Holding Cost will be applicable to your order if the order is ready for dispatch but has been withheld in our warehouse on your request.
We offer a grace period 2 weeks to hold your order in our warehouse; in the event of your non-availability to accept the order delivery, post this a ‘Holding Cost’ or ‘Delayed Delivery Cost’ will be applicable to your total order value on a monthly basis
We will notify you via an e-mail with a detailed breakup of the charges levied (on a monthly basis) and/or bill you pro-rata for the number of days (in case its less than a month that the order delivery has been withheld on your request)
The ‘Holding Cost’ is calculated at the rate of 5% against the total value of the order. An 18% GST is applicable for this service. The same policy will also be applicable for partial orders withheld in our facility on your request.
The ’Holding Cost’ have to be paid for, before we dispatch your order from our warehouse.

We try our best to deliver your Product before you can even think ‘Where is it now?’ 🙂 i.e. well within 10 days of your order (or 10 days of the promised shipment date in the case of pre-orders). In a few cases however, we take closer to our promised 12 – 15 days for delivery. In such cases, we proactively call / email the customer to inform them of the status of their product and where it is in transit. In the rare case when you have not received any communication from us for 10 days after order (or 10 days after promised shipment date in the case of pre-orders) do give us a call at our customer care number or email us at info@luxurycraft.co.in
Return & Replacement
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape, or size may occur between products that are not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the recipient refuses the package.
If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us on info@luxurycraft.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at info@luxurycraft.co.in

Reverse pick-up & Exchange TimeLine:
If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufaUnfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’d be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given cturing defect or damage.
We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. In case of replacement, your new product will reach you in the stipulated time mentioned by the sales support team from the date of receipt of material at our end.
About Refund & Timeline:
Refunds shall be made through the original payment mode. We shall process the refund within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of material at our end.
